Our main goal in career management is to raise future leaders within our corporate culture, and to create career opportunities for our employees that can be pursued in accordance with their competencies.
As such, we hold career meetings with our employees and plan their progress in their current and future roles.
Alternatif Career
All vacant positions are shared internally with our employees first so that they are aware of all the potential lateral and vertical career opportunities available for them within the Bank. Our employees can apply to such job postings confidentially, without any requirement for pre-approval. Eligible employees are invited for job interviews. Those employees who are successful as a result of the relevant evaluations can benefit from this internal transfer opportunity and can thus assume their new roles.
Kariyerinde Yol Açık (Your Career Path is Clear)
Through our Management Trainee Program, we hire young and dynamic recent graduates, who are just starting their career journey and who have the drive to build a career in banking. After successfully completing assessment process that includes General Aptitude and English tests, case studies and interviews, our young co-workers joining our Bank have the opportunity to attend a thorough theoretical and practical training program that is specifically designed for them. Furthermore, we offer them the chance to experience different business units within our Bank as part of the rotation system included in the training program.
GelecekSEN (Future is YOU)
We offer junior and senior students as well as graduate students of universities 3 to 6-month internship programs designed for them to get closely acquainted with the banking sector in general and with our Bank and our business units.
Leadership Development Program
In the Alternatif Bank family, our motto, “Always Further Together”, stands for preparing our Bank and our employees for the future. The Leadership Development Program is conducted by our development center to identify and raise our future leaders within the bank.
