In order to set up an automatic payment order, you can submit your application to the nearest Alternatif Bank Branch in your neighborhood alongside a copy of the most recent utility bill that you want to pay. Furthermore; even if you don’t have enough cash in your account, you will be able to pay all your utility bills without any delay using the Overdraft Account* facility. You may also make your utility bill payments** easily through Alternatif Bank Internet Branches, Alternatif Bank Branches Alternatif Bank Mobile and Alternatif Bank Branches without any automatic payment order.
* In order for your automatic payment orders on utility bills to be processed, you need to ensure that there is sufficient cash available in your account for the utility bill amount by 17:00 on the payment due date of the relevant bill or that your Overdraft Account has an adequate limit.
** You can pay your Turkcell, Vodafone and Turk Telekom mobile phone bills and electricity (except Istanbul Anatolian Side), natural gas and Digiturk bills at our branches without setting up an automatic payment order.
